What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Like the issues with leadership, everything from the beginning to the on-boarding process is clunky. The on-boarding HCM software doesn't have a "Done" button where they claim it is. Therefore you can't actually finish the on-boarding, have to tell HR it's done.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Toxic employees never get fired, never actually get written up, never take responsibility for their own actions. This drives the good and well intentioned people out the door. This is really sad, even the HR is bad in this company, at the local level.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We have no actual leadership. Sure, we have supervisors, managers and executives. Alas, they don't know how to actually supervise, manage and be effective leaders. To them, it's the money and title, not the actual work.
