Mr. J. Boyd Douglas has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Evident, LLC since April 2015. Mr. Douglas has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Computer Programs and Systems, Inc. since May 17, 2006. Mr. Douglas served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Computer Programs and Systems, Inc., from July 1999 to May 2006. Mr. Douglas began his career with Computer Programs and Systems, Inc., in August 1988 as a Financial Software Support Representative. From May 1990 to November 1994, Mr. Douglas served as a Manager of Electronic Billing and from December 1994 to June 1999 and also served as its Director of Programming Services. He has been Executive Director of Computer Programs and Systems, Inc. since March 2002. He graduated from the University of the South with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics.

Mr. Matt J. Chambless serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Evident, LLC. Mr. Chambless is accountable for the financial growth and administrative operations at Evident. He has been Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of Computer Programs and Systems, Inc. since November 2015 and served as its Director of Financial from March 2012 to November 2015. He has been with CPSI since March of 2012 and served as its Director of Financial Reporting. Prior to joining CPSI, he was the Accounting Manager for an over 800bed hospital system based in Atlanta, Georgia and an Audit Manager in the Atlanta offices of Grant Thornton, LLP. He graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting and received his Masters of Accountancy from the University of Georgia. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Troy D. Rosser serves as Senior Vice President of Sales of Evident, LLC. and responsible for directing Evident's sales efforts including both prospective client activities and development of existing client opportunities. Mr. Rosser served as Senior Vice President of Sales at Computer Programs and Systems, Inc. (CPSI ) since January 2012 and served as its Vice President of Sales from October 2005 to January 2012. Mr. Rosser was responsible for overseeing all of Computer Programs & Systems sales and marketing efforts. He began his career with Computer Programs & Systems in March 1989 as a Financial Software Support Representative. In 1992, he was transferred to the Sales and Marketing division where he has worked in various positions, including Sales Manager and since October 2000 served as Director of Sales. Mr. Rosser graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration.

Mr. David A. Dye serves as Chairman and Chief Growth Officer of Evident, LLC. Mr. Dye has been a Partner of BulowBiotech Prosthetics since July 2006. Mr. Dye has been the Chief Growth Officer of Computer Programs and Systems, Inc. since November 2015 and served as its Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer since July 2010 until November 2015. He served as Vice President of Finance at Computer Programs and Systems, Inc. since July 1, 2010. He served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer and Interim Vice President of Finance at Computer Programs and Systems, Inc. from June 30, 2010 to February 25, 2011. Mr. Dye served as a Consultant of Computer Programs and Systems, Inc. since May 17, 2006. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Computer Programs and Systems, Inc. from July 1999 to May 17, 2006. He began his career with Computer Programs and Systems, Inc. in May 1990 as a Financial Software Support Representative. From that time until June 1999, Mr. Dye worked for Computer Programs and Systems, Inc.'s in various capacities, including as Manager of Financial Software Support, Director of Information Technology and as Computer Programs and Systems, Inc.'s Vice President supervising the areas of sales, marketing and information technology. He has served in several other positions including Director of Technical Support and Software Implementation Team Manager. He has been an Executive Chairman of Computer Programs and Systems, Inc., since May 17, 2006 and its Director since March 2002. He graduated from the University of the South with a Bachelor of Science in Economics.

Mr. Christopher L. Fowler, also known as Chris, serves as Chief Operating Officer at Evident, LLC. Mr. Fowler has been the Chief Operating Officer of Computer Programs and Systems, Inc. since November 2015 and President of its subsidiary, Trubridge LLC since January 2013. He oversees the operations of parent company CPSI and is responsible for the integration of the CPSI family of companies which includes Evident, American HealthTech, Healthland and TruBridge. He has been with CPSI since 2000 and transitioned to his current role in 2015. Mr. Fowler served as Vice President, Business Management Services at Computer Programs & Systems Inc. since March 2008 until 2013. He was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business management services. He began his career with Computer Programs & Systems in May 2000 as a Software Support Representative and served as its Manager of Financial Software Services. From August 2004 to March 2008, Mr. Fowler served as Assistant Director and Director of Business Management Services. He graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.
