Fun, quirky, creative, hardworking, interesting, and passionate about the organization and the work we do, and most of all, conservation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care deeply about the people on the team, recognizing that they are the ones that make the company. They also care about being creative and innovative, and achieving impact.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company pays people fairly, but hasn't been able to finalize plans for equity and is fairly lean, so has been working towards benefits. The one bright spot is that they don't track vacation or sick days, emphasizing outputs. There is also possibilities for extensive travel.
