Not difficult. And the team like each other. There is an emphasis on getting things done and achievements, rather than strict hours. People are given considerable latitude, but with great power comes great responsibility.

Hardware development and open innovation products are growing the fastest. There isn't much difficulties other than having the resources to meet the demand.

No drug testing, but we do carefully vet references, past employment, and do background checks as appropriate.
