What did you like most about the interview process?
I don't do interviews. I like to have a conversation and learn about the person and then about what they have done professionally. Knowing the person I know if they are a good fit for what we are looking for or not.
What makes you most happy at work?
love to create and make people's dreams come true. If we can do that, then we are doing something good. In my 25 years of experience, I have learned so much about people, employees, and clients. I can honestly say that we have in our record 2 unhappy clients in 25 years.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone knows their responsibilities and they know what to do without asking and asking. We have a weekly meeting to oversee each project and see that all tasks for that week have been met. After that, we put on the next task and always keep the clients informed about the status of the projects.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Since I am the owner I would like to get more compensations, but I rather have my team happy and well paid so we can continue with our journey and all the ideas that I have. I have to invest in order to build what I have envisioned.
