Excellent work / life balance. Obviously product launches and testing can occasionally run long but unless there's an immediate deadline I'm trusted to do what I need to do and not hounded to get stuff in

I hired on coming from an underpaid situation where anything was a significant improvement, but I've shown over the last couple of years I'm a capable, quality performer in my role and wish to have my pay reflect that
