The salary is decent, but having this kind of management means sacrificing potential long-term growth and advancement. I wish this company had a way better leadership than the current toxic and awful one.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership is beyond horrible, and competent leaders need to replace the awful people here. Please get rid of the bullies in the leadership.
