What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication. Sorting out issues on the lowest level before assuming the worst and trying to discipline/report people for assumed mistakes. Not delegating managerial tasks to non management employees.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better cooperation and communication between departments.

My department needs better staffing, not too many but not too few.
