Some of the administrative and program staff are really dedicated to the mission, but many have found that our executive team is reluctant to fire anyone.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am making $40,000 less than the market rate for my position because of age discrimination. They hired me over a more experienced candidate because I would cost less in their eyes.
