The people I work with. They push me, hold me accountable, and extend grace when I need it. I've made rock-solid business connections and friends for life here; you can't put a price on that.
Leading question. ;) I wouldn't say I feel undervalued, but I can't confirm or deny that I am. More visibility into demographic data around salaries would make me feel better about my compensation and give confirmation that I'm being paid fairly.
Our leadership team, particularly the founders, really walk the walk. Being ex-practitioners and previous members of the community we serve, they deeply understand the challenges Cribl is solving because they've personally experienced them. You don't always see that, especially as companies grow!
They're smart, funny, REAL people. Working at a startup requires that you care a lot about the work we do here and the people doing that work with you. I feel that from this team every day. I really feel cared for working at Cribl, and it makes me want to care back.
Oh, a ton of things. One of the things I like most though are the microcommunities we've built here via Slack. We've really created and fostered an environment where anyone can find their "people" at Cribl. From the various Slack channels to our ERGs, there's a place for you here. I love that.
