Cribl is a challenging environment and fast paced. I enjoy working here overall, but I am also anxious that if I don't keep up, I will fall behind and lose my job. It has brought out the best and worst in me. The over-performer (which can lead to burnout) and the imposter syndrome too.

I LOVE working for Cribl. Everyday, I feel challenged yet, valued. I look forward to working with colleagues who don't always agree with me but, agree to disagree respectfully. Customers feel very positively about the product and are vested enough to keep buying more and ask for more from us.

I am a relatively new employee but I am completely impressed that the company I thought I was joining and the reasons I felt they wanted me to join were spot on. It's rare to have that kind of transparency come through in the interview process. There are no surprises!

The fact that the CEO says we are doing to "do something that's f*cking different" basically says it all. It's fun and the team is fantastic; I get to learn so much. And the product means a lot to customers.

I really appreciate the transparency and the focus on core values. Many companies have core values but do little more than talk about them. Cribl lives them and that can sometimes be a hard line to tow. I appreciate the commitment.

I believe I need to be level-ed up in my position (given my experience and performance.) I didn't negotiate well coming in and I wish I had. Also, I would love for Cribl leadership to consider increasing our vacation days. I want more flexibility in taking time off than I have now.
