Base is above the market average. Company wide bonus paid out quarterly is great.

Transparency and communication regarding business decisions is phenomenal. In previous companies, business decisions were never clear and internal changes were never communicated effectively.

Our personalities mesh incredibly well. We have similar senses of humor and all understand the balance of getting shit done vs having fun with work.
