Culture of exploitation, managed by poorly aligned executives. Senior leadership does not understand the core audience, or the medium.

What can this brand most improve?

The English Voice Localizers have changed the translation of the anime shows. They have deliberately altered the original dialogue to further pursue their own ideology, instead of just translating the original dialogue. I have paid for this content that was falsely advertised.
