The employees are not properly trained, they flood basements, leave customer house and system not working, the company only cares about making the sale before customer changes their mind. And the managers are to busy trying to sleep with the employees

Some employees need to stop doing whatever they are doing at lunch time, after returning they talk so fast and over them selves, customers can not understand them
