Dedication, Integrity and transparency. They work incredibly hard to make us part of their efforts towards the company vision and include us in decision making and goal setting.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people at Curiosity as of right now are an absolute dream team. Everyone is kind, helps each other, has fun together and make this a job I look forward to going to each morning.
What makes you most happy at work?
It's a relatively low stress environment and we are set up to succeed at both our own goals and goals we set as a team. There is major growth to be had in this workplace.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Transparency. I was able to very transparent about past experience and why I was interviewing and interested and the team was very transparent about how the company operates, it's culture and how my strengths and background would help me thrive if I chose to join.
