The overall experience has been chaotic, challenging, overwhelming, but overall a learning experience for working at early stage startups. I didn't realize the extent of the cracks in the foundation at the UK branch of the company until I joined Curve, and I wish I had known this earlier

Everyone's opinion feels heard/valued, the team is also very inclusive and welcoming
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The US specifically needs full autonomy from the UK in order to succeed. The current product cannot compete in the US market being reliant on the UK
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to the tech (especially fin-tech market) Curve's pay is lower than most. Curve also brings you in at a lower title but expects you to perform 2-3 levels higher without paying you for it.
