I came in with no expectations - but having worked with some some previously messy startups. It can get a bit hectic. At Curve, there's a respect for the work and time of each employee that I've never experienced in another company.

They've really committed to transparency. It's not perfect, and can be daunting, but I really respect it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is really an expert in their field. So uou always know that you can trust the work will get done. Also, it's cliche, but everyone is truly kind and helpful. We're a unit.
