What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a very relaxed environment. We work very comfortably (dress casually, etc.) but all realize that our hard work is directly correlated to the success of the company. The company does well, our standards of living improves.
What makes you most happy at work?
The freedom my boss gives me to perform my work duties without constant oversight is invaluable to me. I've had jobs in which my supervisor micromanaged every aspect of my work. My boss allows me to do my work independently but at the same time is always in the loop with what I'm doing.
