What makes you most happy at work?
When my clients provide sufficient content and SMEs are available to help design learning outcomes, I can do my job. When a learning project comes together and the client is delighted, I've done my job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work at home and my wife does also. We get to spend time together between meetings and tasks. We can support each other running errands and managing the house.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm able to set my own schedule. Work is project-based so I work for several different people each year. I'm always learning something new, and if the work is tedious or the culture is a poor fit, there's an end in sight and I get to work on something new.
