The leadership team is decisive and maintains tight control over company operations. Changes are implemented rapidly, and expectations are clearly high.

The so called President is an unrealistic, narcissistic low educated and skilled man, who thinks that undermining his employees is the key to success

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Timely payments. Will voluntarily work for them again.
the pay is fair and always on time
I am a freelance interpreter, so I do not qualify for a compensation package.
They are well understand people to work

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not applicable for independent subcontractor.
If they don't lie about refunding the clients without first asking the freelancers or giving them a chance to fix the issue.
I am on calls and hourly pay.
I don't feel undervalued, I just feel the salary could be better. A raise would be good.
The salary is low compared to other similar jobs in the US, need more paid time off and better work hours aligned to local timezone
What are some of the best things about your team?
The project managers genuinely try their best. Many of them are hardworking, supportive, and doing what they can within the circumstances.

Clearer processes, consistent communication, and more respectful treatment of employees would greatly improve the work environment.
We are underpaid and have to work too much, the work is very stressful and it takes a huge toll on our health - not only physical but also psychological
