The team is one inspiring and visionary in the media and entertainment industry, who has since expanded the firm into government, NPO, and other industries.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Small, global, diverse, encouraged to think and express themselves without the usual fear of political consequences.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our workload is directly responsive to the project load. Sometimes we work from home, sometimes we get PTO...sometimes we work into the early morning hours. We always feel that we are playing catch up to our President, and that he is making sure we are not forgetting our home lives.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued. It's simply a reality of a very mall firm that I can't expect the same sorts of benefits as I might be able to expect from a larger enterprise. It's the cost of my being able to take on more responsibility and visibility.
