Mr. Dana Sean Landry, CPA, CA has been the Chief Executive Officer of DHX Media Ltd. since July 31, 2014. Mr. Landry has been an Executive Director of DHX Media Ltd. since September 23, 2014. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Dhx Media Ltd. from 2006 to July 31, 2014. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of SolutionInc Technologies Limited from November 5, 2003 to April 2007 and also served as its General Manager and Corporate Secretary since November 5, 2003. He focused on all financial aspects including raising the corporate financing, all corporate reporting functions to market and day-to-day operations of SolutionInc. Technologies Ltd. Before joining SolutionInc, Mr. Landry was a financial advisor to Collideascope Digital Productions Inc. and served as President and Chief Financial Officer of imX communications Inc. He began his career at Doane Raymond, Chartered Accountants (now Grant Thornton LLP) and then moved on to PwC where he had extensive involvement with the successful initial public offering of Salter Street Films.

Mr. Steven Graham Denure has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of DHX Media Ltd. since March 2009. Mr. Denure served as the President of DECODE Entertainment Inc. until October 21, 2016 and is responsible for overseeing overall operations at Decode, including the development, production and financing of new projects. Mr. Denure serves as an Executive Producer on all of Decode's projects. He is a pioneer in CGI animation. Prior to co-founding Decode, he served at Alliance Communications Corporation for more than 10 years and served in a number of senior positions, including President of Alliance Productions and President of Alliance Multimedia. During Mr. Denure's tenure at Alliance Communications Corporation, he was involved in the development, financing and production of all feature television and film projects (which included many broadcaster commissions) and was responsible for the animation division, music-publishing division (TMP), and for merchandising and licensing. Mr. Denure served as an Executive Producer of the groundbreaking Reboot and Beast Wars animation series. He serves as Vice Chairman of Canadian Film Centre. He served as a Director of DHX Media Ltd. since May 19, 2006. He serves as Vice Chair of ACT, the Alliance for Children's Television and serves on the Board of the Canadian Film Centre. He graduated from Simon Fraser University with a BA in Economics & Business Administration.

Mr. Keith Benjamin Abriel, CA, CPA, CFA, has been the Chief Financial Officer at DHX Media Ltd. since July 31, 2014. Mr. Abriel has been the Chief Financial Officer of DHX Media Ltd since July 31, 2014. He serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Bluelight Analytics Inc. He has been the Consultant at Brigus Gold ULC since April 2010 and served as its Chief Financial Officer and Vice President. He served as Vice President Exploration of Oceanus Resources Corporation since August 7, 2016 until August 14, 2016. He was a Consultant at DHX Media Ltd. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Stockport Exploration Inc. since January 2008 until July 1, 2012, its Vice President since January 2008 and served as its Secretary. He served as an Acting Chief Financial Officer of ImmunoVaccine Inc. since June 2010. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Linear Gold Corp. from January 2008 to April 2010. He served as the Chief financial Officer of Ucore Rare Metals Inc. from September 15, 2008 to September 21, 2009 and served as its Vice President and Corporate Secretary until September 21, 2009. He has nearly 20 years experience in financial management and reporting, corporate finance, treasury, strategic planning and human resources in a broad range of sectors, including the resource sector. He joined Linear from PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and has also worked with J.D. Irving, Limited and UBS AG. He has been a Director of Oceanus Resources Corporation since September 28, 2012. He served as a Non-Executive Director of Oceanus Resources Corporation since September 28, 2012 until August 7, 2016. He served as a Director of Rhino Resources Inc. He serves as the President of the Atlantic Canada CFA Society. He is a Chartered Accountant and a CFA charter holder. Mr. Abriel holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Saint Mary's University in 1995.
