What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're alright. I'm mostly left to my own devices to do my job, which is nice since it's a job that doesn't need much direction.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone's very nice to me. We get along great, but don't distract each other from working.
What makes you most happy at work?
Lunch is free a lot of days, because of drug company representatives catering for us.

I would like to be paid more. I see similar jobs making $2 more per hour than what I'm offered, to do the exact same job.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
If everyone made better money/had better benefits, there'd be less people struggling. Studies show that higher wages = happier people.
