Mr. William J. Hieb, also known as Bill, has been the Chief Executive Officer of DNB Financial Corp. since April 04, 2016 and its DNB First, National Association since January 13, 2016. Mr. Hieb has been President of DNB Financial Corp. since December 20, 2004. He served as President of DNB First, National Association. He served as the Chief Risk & Credit Officer of DNB Financial Corp. since April 2011 until January 2016. He served as President and Chief Risk & Credit Officer of DNB First National Association at DNB Financial Corp. He served as an Interim Chief Executive Officer of DNB Financial Corp. from January 13, 2016 to April 2016. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of DNB Financial Corp. and DNB First National Association, a subsidiary of DNB Financial Corp. since June 6, 2003. He served as an Executive Vice President of DNB First National Association, a subsidiary of DNB Financial Corp. until December 2004. Mr. Hieb has completed graduate level work in Finance and Economics at Villanova University, graduate level work and professional certification in business and real estate law at Penn State University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Penn State. Mr. Hieb has been a Director of DNB First, National Association since 2004. He has been a Director of DNB Financial Corp., since April 2005. He completed numerous corporate finance, management, marketing, business development, human resource and diversity training courses.

Mr. Jonathan T. McGrain, also known as Jon, serves as Senior Vice President of Marketing at DNB Financial Corporation. Mr. McGrain has been Senior Vice President and Director of Sales & Marketing for DNB First, National Association at DNB Financial Corporation since June 2, 2015. Mr. McGrain served as Senior Vice President and Director of Sales & Marketing at DNB Financial Corporation. He lead the development and execution of DNB First's integrated sales and marketing strategy and also branding and corporate communications. He has more than 25 years experience in marketing and communications in the mortgage and financial services industry, with a track record of success in developing and managing brands. Mr. McGrain served as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications of PHH Corporation since January 2010. Prior to joining PHH in 2010, he served as brand strategy consultant to financial services clients in Asia and the United States. He held senior management roles with VinaCapital Investment Management Ltd., Clayton Holdings, Inc. and Radian Group Inc. He served as Senior Vice President of Marketing & Communications at Clayton Holdings LLC (alternate name Clayton Holdings, Inc) since August 11, 2006. In this position, he was responsible for all marketing, branding, advertising, public relations, communications and investor relations. He served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications of Radian Group, Inc. Mr. McGrain joined Radian at the time of the CMAC and Amerin Guaranty merger and was responsible for the development of the Radian name and brand, as well as its successful repositioning from a mortgage insurer into a diversified financial guarantor. Prior to joining Radian, Mr. McGrain served as Vice President of Marketing Communications and Investor Relations for Amerin Guaranty. He also managed the communications and investor relations aspects of Amerin's successful initial public offering. Mr. McGrain held marketing positions with Chemical Bank's mortgage business and Citicorp's credit card division. He worked in marketing for JP Morgan Chase in New York. Mr. McGrain earned a BA in Political Science from Columbia University and an MBA in Marketing and International Business from New York University.

Mr. Gerald F. Sopp has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of DNB Financial Corp. since January 2, 2007 and also serves as its Secretary. Mr. Sopp serves as the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Secretary of DNB First, National Association, a subsidiary of DNB Financial Corp. He is directly responsible for DNB Corp's financial reporting, asset/liability management, budgeting, strategic planning, human resources, facilities and Sarbanes Oxley Compliance. He served as the Chief Compliance officer and Vice President of Wilmington Trust Corporation, Delware from 2000 to 2006 and also served as its Controller from 2000 to March 10, 2006. Mr. Sopp served as Vice President and Controller of the Clarks Companies, NA from 1993 to 2000. Mr. Sopp earned his B.S. from St. Joseph's University and an MBA from Drexel University.

Mr. Bruce E. Moroney serves as the Chief Accounting Officer and Executive Vice President at DNB Financial Corp. Mr. Moroney serves as the Chief Accounting Officer and Executive Vice President of DNB First, National Association, a wholly owned subsidiary of DNB Financial Corp. (PA) and served as its Chief Financial Officer. He is directly responsible for DNB First, National Association's investment portfolio, strategic planning, budgeting, asset/liability management and financial reporting. He served as the Chief Financial Officer at DNB Financial Corp. until January 2, 2007 and also served as its Senior Vice President. Mr. Moroney joined DNB First, National Association in May 1992 and served as its Senior Vice President of Finance Division.

Adam Ketch serves as the AVP, Senior Credit Analyst II of DNB First. Adam started at DNB First in June of 2018. Adam currently resides in Greater Philadelphia Area.
