It was like an audition and we laughed a lot and tried to put ourselves in each other’s shoes in order to practice what it’s like to know what your client wants before they know they want it so that you’re ahead of your clients

More business more clients more revenue coming in for payroll
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation would be better granted there were more clients and more business in general. But the company is still starting up and still trying to find the right time to hit the market and fly high.
