Mr. Ronald D. Paul, also known as Ron, has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Treasurer of Eagle BanCorp, Inc. since 1997. Mr. Paul serves as the President of Ronald D. Paul Companies and RDP Management, both of which are engaged in the business of real estate development and management activities. Mr. Paul also serves as the Chairman of EagleBank since June 2006 and served as its Chief Executive Officer since June 2006. He served as an Interim President of Eagle Bank from November 3, 2003 to January 26, 2004. He served as the President of Allegiance Banc Corp. since May 1994 and also served as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Paul serves as Chairman of Eagle Bank, a subsidiary of Eagle BanCorp. Inc., and EagleBank in 1997. He is also active in private investments and serves as the Chairman of Bethesda Investments Inc. He has been Chairman of the Board of Eagle BanCorp. Inc. since May 2008. He served as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Eagle BanCorp. Inc. Mr. Paul was active in various charitable organizations, including serving as Vice Chairman of the National Kidney Foundation from 1996 to 1997 and served as its Chairman from 2002 to 2003. He served as the Vice Chairman of Allegiance Banc Corporation from 1995 to 1996. He serves as a Director of Eagle BanCorp. Inc. He serves on the Board of Trustees of the University of Maryland. Mr. Paul served as a Trustee of Republic Property Trust since December 14, 2005. He served as a Director of Allegiance BanCorp. from 1990 to September 1997 and Allegiance Banc Corporation from 1991 to 1996. Mr. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Maryland.

Ms. Janice L. Williams, also known as Jan, Esquire, serves as Executive Vice President of Eagle Bancorp, Inc. Ms. Williams has been the Chief Credit Officer of EagleBank, Inc., (a subsidiary of Eagle BanCorp. Inc.) since 2008 and serves as its Executive Vice President. Ms. Williams served as a Senior Vice President of EagleBank of Eagle Bancorp, Inc. since 2008. Prior to EagleBank, she served with Capital Bank, Sequoia Bank and American Security Bank. Ms. Williams practiced law in Maryland. She is a Member of the Maryland Bar. She is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center.

Mr. James H. Langmead, CPA, has been Consultant of Eagle Bancorp, Inc. since April 7, 2017. Mr. Langmead served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Eagle Bancorp, Inc. and Eagle Bank from January 2007 and January 2005 to April 7, 2017 respectively. Mr. Langmead served as Principal Accounting Officer of Eagle Bancorp, Inc. and served as its Senior Vice President since January 2007. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sandy Spring BanCorp. Inc., and Sandy Spring Bank a subsidiary of Sandy Spring BanCorp. from 2001 to October 2004. Mr. Langmead served as Principal Accounting Officer of Sandy Spring BanCorp. from 2001 to October 2004. Prior to that, he served as Vice President and Treasurer of Bancorp. Mr. Langmead served in various financial and senior management roles with Sandy Spring Bank from 1992 to 2004.

Ms. Patricia L. Walter, also known as Tricia, serves as an Executive Vice President and Company Secretary at Eagle Savings Bank and Eagle Financial Bancorp, Inc. Ms. Walter joined Eagle Financial Bancorp in July 6, 2016. served as Controller of Cheviot Savings Bank since 2005 and served as its Senior Vice President of Finance. She served as a Senior Vice President of Finance at Cheviot Financial Corp. since July 2015. She has 12 years of experience in the banking industry, including accounting and financial reporting. Ms. Walter began her career in 1997 with Grant Thornton LLP as an auditor. She served as a Manager of Corporate Accounting at Comair, Inc., a former subsidiary of Delta Air Lines.

Mr. Kevin R. Schramm has been Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer at Eagle Savings Bank since September 2006 and its Vice President since 2017. Mr. Schramm serves as a Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Eagle Financial Bancorp, Inc. He began his career in 1986 with Cinco Federal Credit Union where he spent 17 years in various positions, including Operations Manager and Controller. Mr. Schramm's experience also includes service as the Chief Financial Officer of the former Cottage Savings Bank.

Mr. Antonio F. Marquez, also known as Tony, has been Executive Vice President of EagleBank, Inc. since July 22, 2011 and also serves as its Chief Real Estate Lender. Mr. Marquez serves as Executive Vice President at Eagle Bancorp, Inc. Mr. Marquez is responsible for the expansion of EagleBank's real estate portfolio and oversees its experienced real estate lending team. He served as Chief Commercial Real Estate Lending Officer of EagleBank, Inc. since July 22, 2011. He served as Chief Real Estate Lender of Eagle Bancorp, Inc., since July 21, 2011. He has an impressive background serving the Washington, DC area real estate lending and commercial banking community. His career includes important positions and credible tenure with some well known area financial organizations. Mr. Marquez established the real estate lending franchise for HSBC in Washington, DC; managed real estate banking for Chevy Chase Bank and served as Vice President and Commercial Real Estate Team Leader at PNC(formerly Riggs National Bank). He also served as Vice President and Commercial Mortgage Broker of Walker & Dunlop. During his early career, Mr. Marquez managed a portfolio of customers in Long Island, NY for Chase Manhattan Bank. Mr. Marquez has extensive experience in the local banking industry, having established the real estate lending franchise for HSBC Holdings Plc in Washington, D.C., managed real estate banking for Chevy Chase Bank and served as commercial real estate team leader of Riggs National Bank.

Mr. W. Raymond McCleese has been Vice President of Commercial Lending at Eagle Savings Bank, a subsidiary of Eagle Financial Bancorp, Inc. since May 2016. Prior to joining Eagle Savings Bank, Mr. McCleese served as the Vice President of Commercial Lending for First Financial Bank and Vice President and a part of senior management with the former Merchants Bank and Trust, heading up the Commercial and Industrial division. He has seven years of experience in commercial lending market. He served as a Federal SBSE Agent for the Internal Revenue Service, Chief Financial Officer of a mid-sized interior design firm and as a staff accountant for a well-established local CPA firm.
