Eastern Company Company Culture

Ms. Theresa P. Dews has been Secretary of The Eastern Company since December 13, 2006. Ms. Dews served as Assistant Secretary of Eastern Co., until December 13, 2006.

Mr. Gene A. Finelli has been Treasurer of Eastern Co. since December 13, 2006 and also served as its Assistant Treasurer.

Mr. Angelo M. Labbadia has been the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of The Eastern Company since April 29, 2015 and January 14, 2016 respectively. Mr. Labbadia has been with the Eastern Company since May 4, 2009 as Vice President and Managing Director of the Frazer & Jones Company/Division in Syracuse, NY, the Metal Products division of the Eastern Company. He was employed by Scapa North America, Inc., a subsidiary of Scapa Group, PLC (a UK Public Company) as an Executive Vice President for the North American Operations, which included 5 operating sites in the US and Canada. In addition, he also served as a Member of the Executive Management Team for Scapa Group PLC, who worked in conjunction with the Board in the development and implementation of global short and long term business plans for the corporation.

Mr. John L. Sullivan, III has been the Chief Financial Officer of The Eastern Company since December 13, 2006 and has also been its Vice President since January 2, 2000. Mr. Sullivan served as Secretary of Eastern Co. from April 26, 2000 to December 13, 2006 and also served as the Treasurer from January 2, 2000 to December 13, 2006. Prior to that, he served as the Corporate Controller of Eastern Co.
