Mr. Steven M. Shum, also known as Steve, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Eastside Distilling, Inc. since October 01, 2015. Mr. Shum serves as a Managing Principal of Core Fund Management, LP and the Fund Manager of Core Fund, LP. Mr. Shum served as the Chief Operating Officer of XZERES Corp. from September 9, 2014 to April 3, 2015. Mr. Shum served as the Chief Financial Officer, Principal Accounting Officer and Secretary of XZERES Wind Corp. (alternate name: Cascade Wind Corp) from April 2010 to September 9, 2014. Mr. Shum served as the Chief Executive Officer of Cascade Wind Corp., Inc. (now XZERES Wind Corp.) from October 21, 2008 to August 2010. He served as the President of XZERES Corp. (formerly, Cascade Wind Corp., Inc. and A.R.E. Wind Corp.) from October 2008 to April 12, 2010. His tenure includes 15 years in the financial services industry where he has an extensive background in equity research, macroeconomics and management. He was Founder of Revere Data LLC and served as its Executive Vice President for four years. He heads product development efforts and contributes to operations, business development and sales. He spent nine years as an Investment Research Analyst and Portfolio Manager of D.N.B. Capital Management, Inc. His previous employers include Red Chip Review and Laughlin Group of Companies. He served as an Officer of XZERES Corp. from October 2008 to April 3, 2015. He has been Director at INVO Bioscience, Inc. since October 10, 2017. He served as a Director of XZERES Corp. from October 21, 2008 to April 3, 2015. He earned a BS in Finance and General Management from the Portland State University in 1992.

Ms. Melissa Heim, also known as Mel, has been Executive Vice President of Operations and Master Distiller at Eastside Distilling, Inc. since November 8, 2016 and June 2012 respectively. Ms. Heim has served as the Company's Master Distiller and is the creator of many of the Company's award-winning spirits, including its whiskey portfolio which includes its Burnside Bourbon, Barrel Hitch American Whiskey, Cherry Bomb Whiskey and Marionberry Whiskey. Ms. Heim studied Liberal Arts with emphasis on English at the University of Oregon.

Tom Wood serves as the VP for Eastside Distilling. Tom started at Eastside Distilling in February of 2018. Tom is based in the Portland, Oregon Area.

Carrie Earles serves as the Chief Branding Officer for Eastside Distilling. Carrie started at Eastside Distilling in January of 2014. Carrie is based in the Portland, Oregon Area.
