What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Understand delays in current climate but when you lie to a customer and it comes from management it looks bad for all. Understand and advising clients correctly even when bad news should be priority
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The newest commission structure was highway robbery at its finest. Selling multi millions worth of products to be given 4000.00 not even a smidge of what was brought in was a joke. They saw that major upgrades were needed and stole the commission from all the sales agents hence why all left
