What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy interacting with educators who have a passion for student success and see the value in Ellevation for them. It is so wonderful when I get to show them what Ellevation can do for them, and they get equally excited.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is very approachable. I feel as if I can reach out to them easily and they are readily there to answer anything. It is nice that there is no need to go through various chains to get an answer.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my team and everyone I have met within the company. I am surrounded by so many intelligent people who strive to work hard for the benefit of students in our schools throughout the country. It is amazing to hear their ideas and learn from their experiences.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I truly enjoy feeling as if I can balance my life and get my work done. There is not pressure to put one above the other, there is time and flexibility to take care of my home, myself, and my job. It has been a life-changing experience. The culture within the company promotes this balance.
