Transparency and access - it doesn't matter what your role is at the company, you have the time and ears of the leadership team
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are very high asks of the employees that span the duties of more than one position. Despite attempts at saying the work is too much, responsibilities are minimally shifted and headcount is added late
