Employees below management are expendable and are made to know this. Compensation is far below industry standard. Bringing up compensation and benefits to standard would make employees want to stay and attract better talent.

Hire people that are experienced in the industry, but not out of touch.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
New management and respect for everyone, not just a select few.
