My overall experience at my company has been more positive than negative. There have been a lot of growing pains and adjustments to the company as a whole with rapid changes and continuous moving parts to the infrastructure since the onset. However, I have been challenged to continue to learn.

I liked that I was able to meet my Executive team as well as those that I will be supervising.

Being able to make a difference and to be able to scale the company to make the company grow and thrive.

I enjoy the mentorship that I am receiving as a new role in my professional development as well as the support I am receiving from my mentor.
