Our values are not only an internal driver of our culture but also with our clients.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The newest leadership (C Suite) is authentic and straight forward. It is refreshing and I look forward to the changes they are making and will make.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Entrata has become a political theater... it’s toxic, distracting, and the CEO is clueless

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Instead of paying more in salary they just hire new people

They work hard, but have a lot of fun doing it!
