Entrata has a good culture!

Our values are not only an internal driver of our culture but also with our clients.

The laid back atmosphere and the welcome you feel.

The fun things that you don't have time for unless you are off the clock

The managers were really good and were seeking the best.

They understand that there are times you have a lot on your plate and are stressed. During those times they always do something to let you know you are appreciated and doing a great job!

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

A commitment to better communication from management and use the resources for activities we had to for gift cards and other incentives.
