I enjoy my projects very much.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Good people work there. Culture is not great though. Negative tone set by management, lack of transparency, leans conservative.
What are some of the best things about your team?
So many bright and talented people work there. Most are happy to help, are team oriented, and kind.
Constructive Feedback from Employees
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary feels competitive, but our benefits package is truly lacking. Our high-deductible healthcare plan covered almost nothing. Dental and vision are difficult to access due to small scale, 3rd party insurer. Most medical providers have never heard of them and we were not given member cards.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication. Disorganized, unplanned and negative (sometimes inappropriate) communication style leads to confusion and wasting company time. Communication from middle and upper management should be well thought out, constructive, and respectful.
