Every activities follow the rules and regulation regarding to give promotion for each employees, Our organization was always first mover on hunting new innovation, they are competitive on employee training and development, coaching and follow succession leadership program.
What makes you most happy at work?
In our work environment there is no disturbance, best team sprits, collaboration between staffs and manger or executive teams, their is a sensitive approaches in our work areas due to such like conducive environment and I 'm always happy at my work.

There is a good decision making procedure in our company on every action, all staffs have own KPIs and hardworking in order to achieve his goals independently, and any promotion is given based on the organizational procedures
