Recognition and bonuses also they should offer rewards for the most production and, perfect attendance and the best stats

The need to stop hiring more people when they don't have enough work for the people they have now they run out of work sometimes for weeks at a time. Instead offer job security and 40 hrs a week and insurance benefits as well as bonuses for perfect attendance and a job well done
