Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work remotely and have always paid for my office expenses, which become considerable. The new tax code makes it impossible for me to write off these expenses. When I asked my boss to help me with the office costs, he threatened to reduce my salary, rather than to help me with costs.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
This company is based on the cult of a personality. It would be great if employees were cultivated, but that is not the culture there.
