I have learned a tremendous amount of new knowledge and experiences. However, the workload can be stressful at times and overwhelming. Most of the coworkers are good but some can be petty and difficult.

Diligent workers who know what they're doing. Good team players.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better benefits package. Better bonus. Better wage increases. Less "reviews".
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Open door policy. Supervisors/Managers do not micromanage unless they have to.
What makes you most happy at work?
When things fall into place and I don't mess up my work.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They go through all the work processes and what is expected of you.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Managers are down to earth and straight shooters. They give employees the benefit of the doubt and are pretty lenient.
