Professionalism. The behavior of some senior leaders and managers is shockingly unprofessional. Inappropriate comments, gossip, and a disregard for boundaries are common occurrences.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay inequity of male vs female for the same position with the same level of experience.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The company's poor leadership, ineffective management, hostile work environment, and lack of professionalism have created an atmosphere of toxicity that ultimately drives talented individuals to seek employment elsewhere.
