The leadership team is so transparent and keep us updated with bi-weekly video townhall meetings.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My interview process was clearly laid out for me in terms of what to expect and I was made an offer quickly after my final interview.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is so fun. We do trivia happy hours at the end of the work day some Fridays, we laugh and have fun but work hard and support each other!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My compensation package is comprehensive with a very competitive base pay as well as Fortune 500 Level benefits. We also get 20 days of PTO and 5 sick days + 5 life event days
What makes you most happy at work?
I have loved working from home and the adaptability that we've shown. I love seeing my coworkers on video calls or when we are back at the office. In the office we have unlimited snacks and drinks. Everyone is extremely friendly and caring as well
