The first few years of working here was definitely a great experience! Really good for fresh graduates, but you're not really going to learn things you will be able to use outside should you decide to try applying for a job elsewhere.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is one of the very few managers who actually care about their people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Comparing it to competitors, we are less paid when we are doing almost the same thing but just with different platforms.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people are the reason I enjoy work. Like if my work friends do not report to work, I would probably think twice of going to work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not including the management–the people from the lowest ranks up until the rank of seniors but not managers–everybody is so willing to help and all are open to sharing knowledge and everybody are just working in great camarade
