What are some of the best things about your team?
We were all drowning, so in times of crunch we had each others' back.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It was positive on Friday mornings for free snacks and on birthdays when their was more free snacks.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was offered a position without experience in the field however my appearance was brought up a few times by the CEO.

The LV project manager needs help coaching and leading the team. Training needs to be better focused.

The position and responsibilities according to industry standard should start at $50k with a degree, $45k without a degree.
