Mr. Martin Ernesto Palacios, MBA, CMC, has been Chief Transformation Officer of First Majestic Silver Corp. since April 2015. Mr. Palacios has over 20 years of information technology experience, including over three years with Goldcorp, a senior gold producer, where he served as Director of Global Applications and IT (Mexico Region). Mr. Palacios served as the Chief Information Officer of First Majestic Silver Corp. since January 01, 2012 until April 2015. He served as Chief Information Officer of Pivotal Relationship and Pivotal Corporation. He has also consulted for Gemcom Software (a mining solution vendor), provided advisory services to the Jimmy Pattison Group across their portfolio of companies, led the western region IT effectiveness practice for KPMG. Before joining Pivotal, Mr. Palacios served as Vice President of Information Technology and Facilities of Seagate Software from April 1998 to February 2000. He served as Director of Information Technology of Seagate Software from December 1995 to April 1998. Prior to joining Seagate, Mr. Palacios served as a Director of Telecommunications and Networks of Memorial Health Systems from December 1994 to November 1995. He also served as Manager of Information Systems of Florida Hospital Healthcare System from September 1989 to December 1994. Mr. Palacios is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). Mr. Palacios holds an MBA from Royal Road University and a bachelors degree in Science and Math from Technical Institute of Higher Studies of Monterey, Mexico and an Associate of Science in Industrial Electronics with a Computer Science Specialty from Santa Fe Community College, Gainesville, Florida.

Mr. Dustin Simon VanDoorselaere has been Chief Operating Officer of First Majestic Silver Corp. since March 1, 2017. Prior to joining First Majestic in November 2016, Mr. VanDoorselaere held the position of General Manager for Nyrstar, a global metals and mining company. Mr. VanDoorselaere served as Vice President of Operations at Goldgroup Mining Inc. from November 1, 2012 to December 2014 and served as Projects Manager from May 25, 2011 to November 2, 2012. Mr. VanDoorselaere was responsible for assisting Keith Piggott with all of Goldgroup's projects: Caballo Blanco, San Jose de Gracia and Cerro Colorado. He worked at Aurico Gold in Mexico. He held senior operating positions with Redback Mining in Ghana, Norilsk Nickel in Australia, as well as numerous international mining companies within Canada. Mr. VanDoorselaere is an experienced mining professional who has held a variety of roles including operations, technical and management in underground gold mines in Mexico and West Africa and open pit gold mines in Ghana, Mexico and Canada. He has held upper management positions in Canada, Western Australia, Ghana and Mexico. He has civil construction and contract mining experience, working with a variety of companies in projects throughout Canada as well as contract mining management experience gained throughout the world. Mr. VanDoorselaere received his B.Sc., Mining Engineering, cum laude, from Laurentian University, Ontario.

Ms. Connie Lillico, BA, has been Corporate Secretary at First Majestic Silver Corp. since August 2007. Ms. Lillico has worked in public company management and administration since 2000. She served as Corporate Secretary at First Mining Finance Corp from August 2007 to June 16, 2016. She served as Company Secretary at Albion Petroleum Ltd. She served as Corporate Secretary of several publicly traded mining and oil & gas companies for three years, prior to which she was a Paralegal with a publicly traded software company for 2 1/2 years. She served as Corporate Secretary of Bralorne Gold Mines Ltd. and Great Thunder Gold Corp. (formerly, Mill Bay Ventures Inc.). Ms. Lillico served as a Secretary of Berkley Renewables Inc. (formerly, Berkley Resources Inc.), Coral Gold Resources Ltd., and Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd., since July 30, 2004. She served as Corporate Secretary at Levon Resources Ltd., from July 2004 to July 2007. She served as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Gray Rock Resources Ltd. She served as Administrator of Silverado Gold Mines Ltd. from November 2003 to February 2004 and Paralegal of Pivotal Corporation from October 2000 to August 2003. She worked in corporate and securities law as a Paralegal with a large national legal firm for eight years. Ms. Lillico has Bachelor of Arts degree from Simon Fraser University and a Paralegal certification from Capilano College. She holds Paralegal/Legal Assistant diploma from Capilano College.

Mr. Raymond L. Polman, B.Sc. (Econ), CPA, CA, has been the Chief Financial Officer of First Majestic Silver Corp. since February 1, 2007. Mr. Polman has over 25 years of public accounting and corporate finance experience in the Canadian and US financial markets. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Ikona Gear International Inc. from December 2003 to November 8, 2006 and also served as Principal Accounting Officer & Company Secretary. He founded Oglenet Software Inc. and served as its President & Chief Executive Officer, a private start-up company from October 1999 to September 2001. Mr. Polman consulted to MCSI Consulting Services Inc. from October 2001 to November 2003. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Enviro-Serv, Inc. (formerly, Nomadic Collaboration International Inc.), an OTC Bulletin Board company from April 2002 to November 2002 and also served as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Polman served as the Chief Financial Officer of Oban Mining, Inc. He has been a Director at First Mining Finance Corp. since March 30, 2015. From 1991 to 1996, Mr. Polman served as a Director of Finance of Rescan Environmental Services. From 1996 to 1999, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Nexmedia Technologies Inc., a display advertising software developer. He was a Professional Accountant with Deloitte & Touche where he specialized in Information Technology Consulting and Computerized Audit Services departments upon completion of his articles in accountancy, audit and taxation from 1985 to 1992. He has been a Director of KCP Minerals Inc. (Formerly known as Sundance Minerals Ltd.) since September 2014. He served as a Director of Ikona Gear International Inc. from December 2003 to December 2006. He served as a Director at Albion Petroleum Ltd. He served as a Director of Enviro-Serv, Inc. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia. His academic qualifications include a designation as a (Canadian) Chartered Accountant in 1990. Mr. Polman holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Economics from the University of Victoria in 1985.
