What do you like best about the leadership team?
Founder is not a manager, but a "visionary" which comes with the antecedent issues. Has no idea how to delegate or institute a consistent decision making process. Does not communicate well in groups, which undermines credibility of vision.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
No 401k match, salaries are slightly under market but the opportunity for growth is huge.
What makes you most happy at work?
Driving impact. Even small projects have a demonstrable way of improving our business.
