Mr. David J. R. Oston has been the Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of Five Oaks Investment Corp. since March 2012 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Oston subsequently joined Banque Bruxelles Lambert in London, prior to joining Natexis Banques Populaires (formerly BFCE) in 1989 as an Account Officer purchasing leveraged and asset based loans. In 1991, he was transferred to New York, in order to establish and develop the Bank's asset securitization investment activity, eventually taking charge of all asset-based credit activities. In 1999, he became a Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Portfolio and Balance Sheet Management, in which capacity he was responsible for branch-wide credit portfolio management and the execution of CDO's in the U.S. He has been an Executive Director of Five Oaks Investment Corp. since March 2012. Mr. Oston received a B.A. in Geography and an M.A. in Economic Geography from Cambridge University in England.

Mr. Kian Fui Chong, also known as Paul, has been the Chief Investment Officer of Five Oaks Investment Corp. since March 2012. Mr. Chong has 12 years experience in the financial markets. From 2004 to 2008, he was a portfolio manager at Stanfield/Ceres. From 2008 until 2011, Mr. Chong worked for Ivy Square, the investment manager for an alternative long-term financing transaction, Farmington Finance, that refinanced a partial vertical slice of the Victoria portfolio. Mr. Michael P. Larsen has been President of Five Oaks Investment Corp. since January 18, 2018. Mr. Larsen is Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Hunt Mortgage Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hunt Companies. Mr. Larsen is also Chief Operating Officer of HCH Holdings, the holding company for Hunt's financial service businesses. Mr. Larsen is responsible for finance and capital management, servicing and asset management, transaction management and various strategic initiatives at Hunt Mortgage Group. In addition, he is responsible for coordinating the operating needs of Hunt's financial service businesses, including Hunt Mortgage Group and Hunt Investment Management, an SEC registered investment advisor. Mr. Larsen is a member of Hunt Mortgage Group's executive management team. Prior to Hunt Mortgage Group, Mr. Larsen was the Chief Financial Officer of Centerline Capital Group, a publicly traded mortgage banking and investment management company, which was acquired by Hunt in 2013. As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Larsen was responsible for accounting and reporting for over 120 public and private funds and operating entities as well as managing finance and capital markets activities. Mr. Larsen's previous roles at Centerline included Treasurer and Director of Corporate Finance. Mr. Larsen has managed a wide variety of capital markets executions, including management of corporate term loans, warehouse and aggregation facilities, CLO/CDO securitizations, preferred equity, and tender option bond financings. In addition, he was responsible for the management and restructuring of a $2.8 billion bond portfolio and has managed numerous corporate acquisitions and restructurings. Previously, Mr. Larsen also was responsible for completing the underwriting and deal structuring of over $800 million in affordable equity investments and multifamily loans made by Related Capital Company and Charter Mac. Mr. Larsen started his career at Arthur Andersen in the real estate and structured finance practices. In 2011, Mr. Larsen was named one of Real Estate Forum's 'Forty under Forty' to watch. Mr. Larsen earned a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University and his Bachelor of Arts from The University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the MBA.
