Mr. Paul Huang, Ph.D., founded Springsoft USA, Inc. (known as Novas Software Inc.) and serves as its Chairman. Mr. Huang has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at ForteMedia, Inc. since August 2000. Prior to that, he served as an Executive Vice President of Product Development of Quickturn Design systems, Inc., and President of PiE Design. He co-founded PiE Design in 1990. He Co-founded Cadence Design Systems. From August 1982 to January 1990, he served as an Executive Vice President of Research and Development of Cadence. He serves as a Director of Fortemedia, Inc. and Springsoft USA, Inc. Mr. Huang also serves as a Director of several EDA companies. Mr. Huang served as Director of Quickturn Design systems, Inc. Mr. Huang is the recipient of the prestigious Phil Kaufman award for 2000. He studied Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering,Santa Clara University.
