Great people to work with.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Poor management, low pay, supervisors are the worse, HR never have an answer to no questions. You think the plant manager would care about the employee, well think again! He's only seen on the production floor when its close to the end of the quarter and he want the expensive shock built.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Poor pay,low morals,not very good training,management plays favorites,lack of people skills for some of the management.Poor attitudes and borderline unethical behavior.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Work balance type of manager!

What did you like most about the interview process?

They showed us around the facility and explained to us what was going on and what the people are doing on the lines.
