What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very progressive and growth-oriented mindset

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Training employees and know how to treat people always blame employees and not taking any responsibility try to cover there tracks so they won't get in trouble with fox factory or the labor board.
There's no leadership here! From plant manager down to the line leaders need to be replaced
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is more than fair given the benefits.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No, everyone's opinion and values are valued
Higher pay,better training and have patience with people.
Been with this company almost 3yrs, work hard, more than i'm suppse to do, there on my schedule days plus overtime when needed! Never got an employee of the month, never offered a promotion. The smack in the face was 10 cent cost of living raise!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very collaborative and encouraging team
We bond as if we are family, most of us are all trying to accomplish the same goals and conversing while taking care of work makes it much easier to make it through the day. If one person is working multiple stations, they will almost always, without being asked, jump in and help finish tasks.
Some are friendly and some are not.
Everyone is enthusiastic about what we are doing.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication is a big thing they dont do at all!
New management will only improve the co workers
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its agile and transparent. Very friendly
Seeing the associates i work with consistently be there to support anyone in a moment of need. People have passed out on the lines and they will quickly come to the aid of anyone of is visually in need of help or assitance.
Everyone loves what they do.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better pay and training and have ethical management and no shady practices
New management, hiring people of a didferent culture other than whites and mexicans.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They showed us around the facility and explained to us what was going on and what the people are doing on the lines.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It's fine but needs better training
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Better hours and pay,they need professional management and not play favorites and a employee that I know got his vehicle egged by the manger of shocks and the hr person,this person is very unprofessional and unethical and shouldn't be a hr rep very snotty.
